EULA - End User License Agreement

INSTALLATEUR

TRANSLATION OF THE FRENCH LICENCE AGREEMENT, IF THERE ARE A DISAGREE BETWEEN THE
LICENCE AGREEMENT FRENCH VERSION AND ITS TRANSLATION IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE: ONLY
THE FRENCH VERSION AND THE FRENCH LAW WILL BE APPLIED.

THE END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
The Software INSTALLATEUR has been made and developed by Jos MANICON.
The Software INSTALLATEUR contains four files: commloc.dll, installateur.exe,
lanceur.exe and locale.exe
The present END-USER Licence Agreement (The "EULA") is a licence agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity) and Jos MANICON. By installing, by copying
or by using the Software INSTALLATEUR totally or partially, you are agree with the whole of
the clauses and the terms of the present EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS
EULA, YOU MUSTN'T INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE INSTALLATEUR.
CLAUSE 1.
Jos MANICON grants to any user (either an individual or a single entity), a free of charge and
nonexclusive licence to use the Software. This present licence agreement doesn't include the
conveyance of property on whole or part of the elements of the Software INSTALLATEUR. The
Software INSTALLATEUR, including its code, its documentation, its appearence, its structure and
its organization is a exclusive product of the author Jos MANICON who preserve permanently the
rights of property of the Software INSTALLATEUR, of its copies, modifications or merged parts.
The user mustn't reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the SOFTWARE in whole or
in part.
The user must keep on all the exemplaries and all the copies of the Software
INSTALLATEUR, the mentions of property put by Jos MANICON and mustn't do modifications
or adjunctions of this mentions.

All the rights which aren't expressly conceded, are reserved by Jos MANICON.

This present EULA is conceded for an indeterminate period.
CLAUSE 2.
The Software INSTALLATEUR is free of charge and can't be sold nor published by the commercial
way. The whole or the part of the elements of the Software INSTALLATEUR can't be included
in a paying software.
CLAUSE 3.
The user can grant the right to use the software to a third exclusively in the terms and
limits of this present EULA. The third by installing or by using the softwate will become
user and will have to respect this EULA. The conveyance of the Software and/or of the licence
agreement, under any form won't have to be paying.
CLAUSE 4.
The Software INSTALLATEUR is delivered LIKE THAT without acknowledged error and Jos MANICON
throws out any obligation or warranty about its use or its performances. It's no
warranty that there won't be perturbances when you are going to use the Software
INSTALLATEUR, that the functions contained in the sofware will correspond to your needs,
that the execution of the software will be no stop or without error, or that any error
of the Software INSTALLATEUR will be puzzled out. No information, no advise, gived
orally or in writing by Jos MANICON will be a warranty.
Jos MANICON isn't obligation to make updates for the software. However, if he gives them
to the user, the user must be installed in the times.

All advise or help can be send to the author.
CLAUSE 5.
Jos MANICON won't be responsible any damage, direct or indirect, material or
no material, bound to the installation and/or the use of the Software INSTALLATEUR
suffered by the user or the third; the responsibility of Jos MANICON won't be commited
in the case of losses of profit, of turn-over, of orders, of customers or of datas bound
to the installation and/or the use of the Software INSTALLATEUR.
CLAUSE 6.
The present EULA constitutes the entire agreement licence between you and Jos MANICON about
the Software INSTALLATEUR and revokes all previous communications, oral or writing about the
Software INSTALLATEUR. No amendment, no modification of this EULA will be valid without a
signed writing by Jos MANICON. If there are a disagree between the licence agreement french
version and its translation in another language: only the french version will be applied.
CLAUSE 7.
The no-respect of this terms of use will entail the revocation of the licences immediately
and a deposition of complaints.

This EULA is governed by the laws of FRANCE
